Community associations
With an emphasis on traditional community association legal services, like assessment collection, general counsel advice, and enforcement of use restrictions, we have some of the most experienced litigators in this practice area in Arizona and are willing to litigate if other reasonable means of resolution are not available, because your problems deserve a fair and just resolution.
Commercial + Residential Landlord/Tenant
We assist clients with residential and commercial leases and lease terminations. Our services include residential evictions and commercial lockouts, drafting and reviewing of leases, fair housing advice, general counsel, bankruptcy representation, and obtaining and collecting money judgments.
Civil Litigation
We have experienced litigators with bench and jury trial experience. We have litigated a range of legal matters beyond real estate, including employment, personal injury, probate and trust, and professional negligence, among others. While we do some plaintiff’s representation, the bulk of our litigation is defense work, often as counsel retained by our clients’ insurers. As a smaller, local law firm, we may take cases that larger firms will not.
Personal Injury
Accidents happen. With our depth of litigation experience, we can help you put things back together. Whether your claim comes from a car accident, a trip and fall, a dog bite, or any other cause, contact us for a free initial consultation.
Other Real Estate
We can assist in all of your real estate needs, including purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts and litigation, tax liens, easements, quiet title disputes, beneficiary deeds, and deed covenant enforcement.
